The management team of the Company consists of experts in biotechnology R&D, medicinal chemistry/CMC, clinical study, and business development with global industrial experience.
  • Coherent Biopharma’s proprietary bi-targeting XDC technology is pioneering a new pathway for drug development. With the ability to actively and cell/tissue-specifically deliver any bioactive molecule, bi-targeting XDC technology of CBP has the potential to overcome the undruggability obstacle of a variety of molecules with high bioactivity, thus to Drug the Undruggable.
  • The company’s endeavor is not limited to the treatment of high-incidence cancers, but also actively expanding into other organ delivery of drugs and chronic disease treatments. The company currently has three oncology products and seven clinical trials underway in China and the United States. For its leading asset CBP-1008, a total of 250 patients has been treated demonstrating impressive efficacy and safety profile targeting low to high Folate Receptor alpha Patients. CBP-1018, targeting PSMA has also demonstrated superior profile in Phase Ia/b studies with over 70 patients treated so far. Finally, for its next-gen drug, CBP-1019, a multi-regional Phase I/II has shown incredible safety and efficacy advantages compared to ADCs with TOPI inhibitors. At the same time, multiple candidates are in IND-enabling or early stage including bi-XDC with PROTAC and radio-ligand payload.
